Culture
The Pathwise Culture Program supports organization wide objectives aligned with improving employee experience, accelerating business innovation, and enhancing customer results.
The Culture program is a scalable methodology for creating authentic movement toward higher developmental maturity, delivering the same increase in cognitive level as the Leader, Executive and Team programs, but at the organizational level.
Through multiple carefully designed Team cohorts, Labs, and broader organizational experiences, the program improves organizational awareness while directly addressing psychological resistance - the primary block to any persistent culture improvement. These experiences can support either geographically centralized or distributed organizations, and can occur either virtually or in person. The Culture program is effective because it relies on the personal embrace of key people, at all levels of the organization, that ultimately lead the culture to its more developed state.
The Culture program includes the assignment of a Pathwise Culture Manager who carefully designs and manages the deployment of the right mix of experiences required to achieve a tipping point within the organization. This person also aligns and helps to measure the success of the program with existing corporate vision, strategy, and goals.
