Lisa Holman; Chief Operating Officer
Lisa has more than 20 years of management experience. Prior to joining the Pathwise team, Lisa held a VP level position at HomeStreet Bank as a Strategic Initiatives Manager. Her responsibilities included creation and management of the Process and Change Management organization, leader for major technology changes, as well as complex re-engineering and business re-structuring projects.
While Lisa was recognized for helping her company meet and exceed its business objectives, her true joy and success came from the work she did in the creation of systems and the development of individual employees through mentoring and advising activities. Lisa's passion for people inspired her to make a life changing decision to leave HomeStreet in order to pursue a career that would not only leverage her ability to help companies build more effective systems, but also assist them with strengthening their leadership capabilities by helping individual's to reach their full potential.
Lisa is currently a member of the Pathwise Executive Team and has developed the operations and delivery systems to enable Pathwise to scale with the growth it continues to experience. She is also heavily involved in the advising of individual members of Pathwise.
