A program for developing the next level of leadership

Pathwise Faculty

Pathwise faculty and advisors are the foundation for offering our members a meaningful cohort experience. Pathwise classes are taught by the Core Faculty who have a background in psychology and human dynamics, and a deep understanding of the Pathwise Ten Essentials. Classes are co-taught by the Executive Faculty who are industry leaders that have been through the program in its entirety and shown a particular propensity for supporting other students in their learning and development.

Todd Hollow-Bist, PsyD

Todd has 22 years of organizational and academic leadership experience. He spent the last six years founding and developing Pathwise Leadership, the prior seven years as Academic Director and Senior Faculty at Northwest College of Art, and the initial nine years in private and hospital settings as a clinician. Chad G. Hattrup, PhD

Chad has more than 17 years of experience as an operating leader and leadership psychologist. He is an experienced internal and external consultant to both private industry and public service organizations. His particular areas of expertise include employee and organizational assessment, leadership development, cultural transformation, and team development and facilitation. More.

Carla Bradshaw, PhD

Carla obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington and has served in many clinical capacities over the past 28 years. In addition to clinical private practice beginning 1984, she has been a psychologist at the Seattle Veteran’s Administration Hospital, has been adjunct clinical faculty at the University of Washington, is highly sought as a clinical supervisor for post-doctoral psychologists, and works with business leadership such as WPO (World Presidents Organization) and YPO (Young Presidents Organization).  More.

Paul Morris

Paul has been a strategic advisor to the Pathwise Leaders since Pathwise was founded in 2007. Paul joined Pathwise Core Faculty full time to oversee the advising process across the Pathwise Community. More.

Sean Cunningham

Sean Cunningham leads Logic20/20, an innovative Seattle consulting firm that helps organizations conquer complex business and technology challenges. Sean is a unique business leader whose success has been built upon his belief that strategic objectives are most effectively met with solutions that bring simplicity; and that this simplicity is driven through the interplay of sound business practice and technology. This approach has driven the growth of Logic20/20, which currently employs over 100 talented consultants who share his diligent focus on client experience and excitement over identifying drivers of business value. More.

Russ Taylor

Bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in business, professional services and community organizations, Russ Taylor serves as an executive and organizational coach to leading Northwest businesses and nonprofits.  He has been a program manager, HR consultant and development officer.  His current work includes individual and organizational assessment, coaching for leadership and performance, team development and facilitation, conflict skills training and career management. Endre Voros

Endre first joined Pathwise Leadership as a member in 2007 and was asked to step into an Executive Faculty Member role in 2008. Endre’s experience includes Organizational Development, Management, and assisting Teams & Individuals through transitions. This has included leading full-scale change efforts for organizations as well as within specific departments; Team Development, and Individual Advising to leaders and Executives. More.

Mary Stephenson

Mary Stephenson has joined Pathwise Leadership as Director to expand our programs in the Bay Area. She brings a mix of high tech leadership experiences and a deep understanding of the Pathwise principles.  Mary first joined Pathwise as a member in 2007 and in 2008 stepped into the roles of co-teaching and member advisement. Ryan Schmid

Ryan has been a member of the Pathwise Executive Faculty since 2011. He is President and CEO of Vera Wellness, which he cofounded in 2008 after winning Seattle University’s business plan competition. He is also project manager for a proposed mixed use 63 unit affordable housing development in Rainier Valley through the nonprofit Urban Impact. More.

Teri Bellamy

Teri Bellamy is an experienced finance executive with a broad foundation in small for profit and not for profit organizations. Her current role is advising clients on strategy related to growth, cash management and overall financial infrastructure necessary for small businesses.  Prior to her role as a consultant, Teri was CFO of a health care start up in Seattle.  Prior to her role at Carena, she was Financial Director at Center for Courage and Renewal and SeaShare, small but mighty not for profits in the Seattle area. Kate Stevenson

Kate is an energetic professional with 20+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, public sector and non-profit healthcare organizations. Her bodies of work have ranged from customer facing sales and service to product development and deployment of new products, procedures and technology. Kate has embraced the Pathwise essentials and delights in finding ways to apply them in her professional and personal life to work toward positive outcomes and add richness to relationships. More.

Hiroshi Sakakibara

Hiroshi is a marketing professional with 15+ years of experience in product management/planning, strategy consulting, and business development. His professional career spans several companies including, management positions at Apple, venture capitalist at Apax Globis, and management consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Tokyo. Hiroshi currently works at Microsoft as the enterprise lead for Windows 8 product marketing. More.
