Blog Post A daisy was meant to be a daisy, by Chad Hattrup
"The Pathwise tool "Dialectic" helped me find solutions that would not have surfaced without it. It has resulted, almost immediately, in more objectivity, innovation, and personal authority."

A program for developing the next level of leadership
The Ten Essentials of Pathwise
The Pathwise Leadership Program is based on a curriculum of Ten Essentials. In these classes members learn ten advanced skills drawn directly from doctorate level psychology and applied in everyday business situations.
Increasing Levels of Thinking and Perception
The program begins with suspension of attention, which is a practice for increasing one's level of thinking and perception beyond one's opinions and personal reactions; a step beyond unseen assumptions and mental models.
Members then move through a process of understanding how their mental models and automatic reactions are directly related to their own personalities. Members learn about Psychodynamic personality types and how to assess and work with the personalities of the people with whom they interact.
Members then learn about intrinsic motivation and how this relates to their own and other peoples' most creative and powerful drivers.
The yearlong program completes with concepts and skills that help members perceive and impact psychological dynamics that occur at the group and systems level.
