"I recently finished my MBA and it cost $60,000. If someone gave me the choice between getting my MBA and Pathwise, I would choose Pathwise. I've learned more about myself and how to interact with others through Pathwise in four months than I could have ever imagined."

A program for developing the next level of leadership

The Leadership Program

Pathwise members join an elite community of people ranging from new high-potential leaders, to CEOs, to vice presidents of Fortune 500 companies.

Members enjoy an intimate and intense learning experience with a small group of peers coming from a breadth of top companies and industries. The cohort group meets for ten sessions over the course of a year. Class sessions are highly challenging, interactive, and experiential. Sessions include rich case studies and iterative practical work.

Learning and Managing Interpersonal Dynamics

Each class within the Leadership Program focuses on one of the Ten Essentials of Pathwise — a curriculum of powerful psychoanalytic skills applied to typical business situations. Leaders learn to perceive and manage the powerful and underlying dynamics occurring within organizations and in every interpersonal exchange. The theories underpinning the Pathwise Leadership Program curriculum are drawn from research in the fields of neuroscience, psychoanalysis, analytical psychology, and leadership philosophy.

Pathwise members are frequently seen as senior or high-potential leader candidates and are either selected by their companies, or they choose to initiate their own leadership development. Completion of the program culminates in certification in the Pathwise Leadership Program.

Meeting Challenges Through One-on-One Sessions

In addition, Pathwise members meet 6-10 times for a one on one session with a trusted faculty-advisor, who is a senior leader in industry, and an advanced graduate of Pathwise. These meetings, held in confidence, facilitate discussions of the member's most important challenges.

Developing a Leader

Pathwise takes leaders beyond traditional leadership development and focuses on the psychological development of the leader, the ability to handle the complexity of organizational dynamics, and in-the-moment interpersonal acuity while under significant pressure.

This process strips the normal, habitual, and more common attributes of leadership to produce a confidence that attracts people and projects requiring excellence in leadership.
